JOIN THE WAITLIST AN EXCLUSIVE WOMEN'S RETREAT BY MIND YOUR LOVE
This isn't just a retreat — it's a reset. Four days in Mulshi to rest, receive, and step into the new year feeling at home in yourself.
Imagine being able to ask for what you need without rehearsing it a hundred times. To enjoy connection without constantly searching for signs it might disappear. To love someone while staying connected to yourself.
At Mind Your Love Retreats, we bring together guided experiences, movement, rest, and self-discovery to help you practise these qualities — so a more secure relationship with yourself becomes the foundation for how you experience love.
EXPLORE THE PRACTICESThe retreat is the bridge between these two states.
You don't need to fit into a box. If you're ready to come home to yourself, there's a place for you here.
Slow down, be still, and remember that your worth doesn't depend on how much you do for others.
Practise letting yourself be cared for — naming your needs and softening into support.
Show up as yourself — playful, honest, and unedited — with less dependence on approval.
Meet gentle challenges at your own pace and build self-trust by respecting your boundaries.
Every activity is a chance to practise a different part of being secure — resting, receiving, expressing, and respecting your limits.

As the coaches behind Mind Your Love, Rohit and Akshita create spaces for honest conversations, deeper connection, and meaningful change. This retreat is their invitation to pause, reflect, and step into what comes next — together.

Little glimpses of the moments that make a retreat unforgettable.
Arriving from Chennai with deep self-doubt and unresolved pain from her marriage, Aarti found a judgement-free safe space. Through breathwork and guidance from Rohit and Akshita, she stopped deciding from fear and stepped into a calm, secure self.
Ashwini set ambitious standards and spiralled into self-criticism whenever she fell short. During breathwork, hearing “You Are My Sunshine” felt like her own heart singing back to her — softening her inner critic and opening her to connection.
Struggling with resistance to change and trust, Dhanya found her turning point in the group hugs and breathwork. After symbolically burning her past self at the night ceremony, she left free of old fears — renewed as “Dhanya 2.0”.
Used to living in her head and seeking outside approval, Divya realised real shifts need the body, not just journaling. Releasing years of suppressed emotion at the burning ceremony helped her step into true self-worth.
On the verge of giving up, overthinking and anxious, Kanisha uncovered inner-child wounds and the procrastinator standing in her way. She left that version behind and walked out as “Kanisha Pro Max” — reconnected with herself.
Seen as the most closed person in the room, Mayuri resisted anything outside her structure. Through the letter-writing release she said goodbye to her past self — and found there was nothing wrong with her; the resistance was simply gone.
Living with anxiety, fear and an inability to trust herself or others, Pooja felt the care in every detail of the safe space. In the pool sound bath she surrendered completely — and the burden on her shoulders melted away.
Sandhya saw how she relied on her partner to resolve her emotions. Walking into the circle of her new self at the closing session, she committed to being calmer and more loving — and discovered how emotionally secure she can be.
An IT professional and classical dancer, Zai lived with social anxiety and a heaviness in her chest that lifted after the aqua sound bath. Connecting with the group broke the pattern — she feels more confident, calm and more herself.
Burdened by self-doubt and feeling left out, Tejaswini learned her vibrant energy wasn't something to hide but something to ground. Through the ice bath, sound meditation and every session, she found the powerful woman hidden inside.
Feeling peace was missing, Snehal questioned everything for the first five seconds of the blindfolded trust walk — then let go. In a community where nobody judged her, she became someone who can trust and give people a chance.

“Loved every bit of it. I feel so reconnected with myself all over again. I think everyone should do their retreat once in their lifetime.”

“The new me is able to experience the freeness, happier version of myself, at peace with myself.”

“Right now I don't have words to explain only, I look at myself so sorted in a secure way.”

“i think this was the best decision taken by me to come out of my comfort zone , be with all strangers who turned out to be so dear to me”

“I now move through life with more confidence, compassion, and inner steadiness. Thank you Rohit, Akshita and the entire Team!”
